Return & Refund Policies

At GoldenStar Store, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Returns will not be accepted for used or damaged products (unless received defective).


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via:

    • Bank transfer

    • UPI

(You may be asked to provide your payment details.)


5. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


7. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

We will arrange a replacement or refund.
